Most AI training stops at "write a good prompt". That is the least useful part. What changes your procurement: the context you give the model, your ability to judge its outputs, and the move from the lone prompt to the full workflow.
Your data, your contracts, your categories, your procurement rules. An AI without your context produces generic output, and generic negotiates nothing.
