Before you book.

Why "on quote" for team formats, and a fixed price for the Leader 1:1?

Team pricing depends on group size, on-site delivery and how much the use cases are customised: free 30-min framing, firm quote within 48h. The Leader 1:1 is a standard format: one afternoon, one executive, €1,000 ex. VAT.

What is the difference with the €950 Workshop?

The Workshop improves ONE process with AI, in 90 minutes: it is an intervention. Training transfers the skill so you can redo the work yourself, on all your processes: it is learning. The two stack, and the Workshop stays credited on the Audit.

Is this OPCO / Qualiopi fundable?

Qualiopi certification is in progress on the e-learning side. Until then, these formats are invoiced as consulting and not OPCO-eligible. I will let you know as soon as that changes.

And after the training?

Prompt kit, memo, 30-day plan for every participant. If the session surfaces a data or governance worksite, that is usually the sign an audit is due. We talk about it then, not before.
