From Amazon to independent consultant — every mission shaped my expertise
Helped develop Amazon Logistics across Europe. Created the first “logistics station in a box” catalogue, standardising and accelerating new site openings to under 6 months — a paradigm shift for Amazon’s expansion.
Consolidated energy contracts across 800+ buildings in Europe, securing supply and optimising costs. Flexible contract management, launched Amazon’s first solar and battery projects in EU. €150M/year managed.
Negotiated and implemented an EU-wide MSA with Vodafone, managing 25,000+ employee mobility lines and hundreds of thousands of IoT SIM cards. Achieved over 30% savings.
Helped large enterprises (CAC40 / Fortune 500) implement and use marketplace solutions to simplify tail spend management. Deployed marketplaces, drove user adoption, and trained over 5,000 users.
Full procurement leadership for a major telecoms infrastructure company in France. Managed a €200M portfolio including category strategy definition, negotiation, and procurement process transformation. Also served as BPO for ERP procurement.
Complete redesign of a client’s infrastructure procurement: from project-by-project buying to a centralised programme with eco-design, reusable/repairable/recyclable standards. Results: 30% savings through standardisation and scale, 90%+ cost savings over time through reuse and repair, and significantly lower carbon footprint. Transformation project aiming to merge multiple subsidiaries’ operating modes through procurement, while achieving economies of scale and reduced environmental impact. Multi-million euro savings.
